Last Updated: August 26, 2026 | Effective Date: August 26, 2026

yiyaotechai is developed and operated by Guangzhou Yiyao Technology Co., Ltd. We are dedicated to providing an efficient and secure quality content creation platform for enterprise content operations teams, brands, and creator teams. Contact email: business@yiyaotechai.com.

Terms Highlights

To help you quickly understand the core TikTok-data related commitments in these Terms, we first answer the following questions. Detailed rules appear in Sections 4, 5, 9, and 14, and the Privacy Policy shall prevail for personal-information matters.

  • What TikTok account, video, and interaction data we obtain: After you authorize, we obtain account identification and display information (such as open_id, nickname, avatar, bio, verification status, follower count, following count, likes count, and video count), as well as published video titles, publication times, share links, and interaction metrics (views, likes, collections, shares, comments, and similar data). We do not obtain or store your TikTok account password.
  • Purposes of obtaining and using data: We use the data only to display account and work information on this Platform, aggregate content performance data, support content publishing and publish-status management, and maintain platform security and troubleshooting. We do not use it for advertising, automated decision-making, or user profiling.
  • How data is stored and protected: Data is stored on encrypted servers. Platform passwords are stored as salted hashes. TikTok Access Tokens are encrypted with AES-256. Video files you upload for publishing are not retained on this Platform after publishing completes. Log information is kept for no more than 180 days.
  • Whether we share data with third parties: We do not sell your personal information. Except when we transmit a work to TikTok because you initiated a publish, and except where required by law, we do not share your TikTok account, video, or interaction data with other third parties.
  • How to revoke TikTok authorization: You may use Cancel Authorization on the "TK Account Authorization" page, or revoke access in the TikTok Developer Portal. After revocation, this Platform will stop retrieving new data for that account.
  • How to request deletion of your platform account and related data: You may delete related account data in the Platform, or email business@yiyaotechai.com to request cancellation of your platform account and deletion of related data. Email requests will be completed within 3 business days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Contact email: business@yiyaotechai.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website or services of yiyaotechai (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Business Scenarios

yiyaotechai is a quality content creation platform for enterprise content operations teams, brands, and creator teams, primarily serving users in the United States, Mexico, and other international regions. We aim to offer smoother, clearer tools that help you simplify the full creative flow—from account authorization and publishing to performance review—so more energy goes to topics, style, and craft, and your creative potential stays front and center.

Core features of our platform include:

  • Platform Account Registration and Login: Create a yiyaotechai platform account using a username and password to access the Platform's management features. Your platform account is separate from your TikTok account and is used solely to authenticate your access to our services.
  • Account Authorization and Collaborative Management (including Login Kit): Securely bind your TikTok accounts to our platform through the standard TikTok OAuth 2.0 authorization process, Login Kit, or other supported login methods (such as QR code login where available). View and manage authorized accounts in one workspace with fewer repeated logins and logouts.
  • Account Tags and Organization: Apply optional content tags or labels to your bound TikTok accounts to classify and filter by content direction. Tags are organizational tools you control and do not affect your TikTok account settings on TikTok's platform.
  • Video Analytics Dashboard: Aggregate video performance data (views, likes, comments, shares, etc.) from your authorized accounts, presented through visual charts to help you identify quality content directions, refine creative style, and make steadier creative decisions.
  • Video Details Viewing: Centrally view complete information about your published videos, including titles, publication times, share links, and more, facilitating content archiving, performance tracking, and creative review.
  • Content Publishing and Share Features: Switch among authorized accounts and publish videos (including draft and direct posting where supported) and share content through approved TikTok sharing capabilities, reducing repeated logins and re-uploads so quality work can be released more smoothly.
  • Webhook-Driven Updates: For supported events, our platform may receive webhook notifications from TikTok to keep relevant account or publishing statuses up to date in a more timely manner.
  • Creative Video Guide and Reference Content: Browse tag-based creative guides, inspiration copy, and beginner-oriented suggestions to support topic planning, expression style, and content quality. This content is provided for general reference only and is described further in Section 10 of these Terms.

Creative and Reference Content Notice

The Creative Video Guide, account tag suggestions, inspiration copy, and similar materials on the Platform are informational resources intended to spark ideas, refine creative style, and support content craft. They do not constitute professional advice, guaranteed strategies, or promises of any specific outcome (such as views, follower growth, or revenue). You remain solely responsible for the content you create, publish, and promote, and for complying with TikTok's policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Important Notice: Our platform is an independently developed third-party tool and has no official affiliation or partnership with TikTok. We are committed to helping enterprise content operations teams, brands, and creator teams simplify the creative flow, manage their own accounts, and keep producing quality content.

3. Platform Account Terms

In addition to TikTok account authorization, use of certain Platform features requires a yiyaotechai platform account. The following terms apply to your platform account:

1. Registration and Eligibility

To register a platform account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law or TikTok in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and, if you are a minor, that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian. You may not register using another person's identity or misleading information.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, subject to applicable law.

3. Account Use Restrictions

Your platform account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, licensed, or shared with others without our prior written consent. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent Platform restrictions or abuse our services.

4. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your platform account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination of your platform account does not automatically revoke TikTok authorizations you have separately granted; you should revoke TikTok access through the Platform or TikTok if you no longer wish to use those features.

5. Relationship to TikTok Accounts

Your yiyaotechai platform account and any TikTok accounts you bind are separate. Losing access to one does not automatically affect the other, except where features require both to function. Data associated with bound TikTok accounts is handled as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Data Flow

The full data processing lifecycle of our platform is as follows. For more complete privacy details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

1. What TikTok Account, Video, and Interaction Data We Obtain

After you authorize via TikTok OAuth 2.0 or other supported authorization methods, our platform obtains the following categories of data through the official TikTok API:

  • Account identification and display information: open_id, nickname, avatar, bio, verification status, follower count, following count, likes count, video count, and other foundational information used for account identification and display;
  • Video and interaction data: titles, publication times, and share links of published videos, as well as interaction metrics such as views, likes, collections, shares, and comments;
  • Authorization credentials: OAuth Access Token (used to call the TikTok API on your behalf); we do not obtain, collect, or store your TikTok account password.

2. Purposes of Obtaining and Using Data

The above data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Displaying account and work information on this Platform and aggregating content performance data;
  • Generating trend charts, performance rankings, and dashboards to support content evaluation, creative-style refinement, and creative decisions;
  • Supporting content publishing, draft uploads, and publish-status management (including webhook-related status updates);
  • Maintaining platform security, preventing abuse, and supporting troubleshooting and service optimization.

We do not use your data for advertising, automated decision-making, or user profiling. We will not use the data for other purposes without your explicit authorization.

3. How Data Is Stored and Protected

Data is stored on encrypted servers (currently located in the United States). We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Platform account passwords are stored as salted hashes (not in plain text); TikTok Access Tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and accessed only by authorized personnel when necessary. Video files you upload for publishing are not retained on this Platform after publishing completes. Log information is kept for no more than 180 days. For detailed retention periods and security practices, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

4. Whether We Share Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. Except in the following cases, we do not share your TikTok account, video, or interaction data with other third parties:

  • To complete a publish you initiated: When you submit a publish on this Platform, we transmit the work you uploaded and the publish settings you chose to TikTok so the post or draft can be created on your authorized account (this is necessary to provide publishing and is not a sale of data to other third parties);
  • After obtaining your separate consent;
  • As required by laws and regulations, litigation dispute resolution, or by competent administrative or judicial authorities.

5. How to Revoke TikTok Authorization

You may revoke authorization at any time using Cancel Authorization on the "TK Account Authorization" page, or through the official TikTok Developer Portal. Upon revocation, the Access Token for that account becomes immediately invalid, and this Platform stops retrieving new data for that account. Stored data is then handled under the data deletion rules in the Privacy Policy.

6. How to Request Deletion of Your Platform Account and Related Data

You may request deletion of your platform account and related data as follows:

  • Delete related account data within the Platform (for example, "Account Management → Delete Account", where available);
  • Email business@yiyaotechai.com to request cancellation of your platform account and deletion of related data, including your platform username and deletion request. Email requests will be completed within 3 business days, except where retention is required by law.

Deletion is irreversible. Termination of your platform account does not automatically revoke TikTok authorizations you have separately granted; if you also wish to revoke TikTok access, follow Section 4.5 above.

5. User Authorization Method

Our platform adopts TikTok-supported authorization methods (including OAuth 2.0 and Login Kit, where available) for user authentication and permission acquisition. The specific authorization process is as follows:

1. Authorization Process

When you bind an account or log in through our platform, you will be redirected to the official TikTok authorization page, or use another supported authorization method (such as Login Kit or QR code login where available). You must log in to your account through TikTok's official mechanisms and, with full understanding, confirm the permissions you are granting to our platform.

Important Commitment: Our platform does not obtain, collect, or store your TikTok account password. You complete authorization through the OAuth 2.0 authorization process, which takes place entirely on TikTok's official servers. Our platform only receives the Access Token returned after successful authorization.

2. Permission Scope

The permissions you grant to our platform are strictly limited to the minimum set necessary for the Platform's functionality, primarily including:

  • Reading basic account information under user.info.basic (such as open_id, avatar, and display name) for account identification and display;
  • Reading extended profile fields under user.info.profile (such as profile links, bio information, and verification status) where available;
  • Reading account statistics under user.info.stats (such as likes, follower count, following count, and video count) for analytics display;
  • Reading published public videos under video.list for analytics and content management;
  • Publishing content directly under video.publish and uploading content as drafts under video.upload, where supported;
  • Receiving supported event callbacks or notifications from TikTok (for webhook-based status updates and workflow handling).

Our platform does not request any additional permissions beyond those stated above. If new permissions are required, we will notify you in advance and obtain your re-authorization.

3. Token Usage

The obtained Access Token is used solely for periodically calling the TikTok API to retrieve the latest data, and to publish or upload drafts on your behalf when you initiate a publish, thereby maintaining the normal operation of our platform's features. Token usage strictly follows the TikTok Developer Agreement and the principle of least privilege.

4. Authorization Revocation

You may revoke authorization at any time using Cancel Authorization on the "TK Account Authorization" page, or by logging in to the TikTok Developer Portal. Upon revocation, our platform will no longer be able to retrieve your data. See Section 4.5 of these Terms.

6. TikTok Feature Usage Rules

To protect your account and keep the Platform operating properly, your use of TikTok-related features through yiyaotechai must follow TikTok's current platform rules, API policies, and community standards.

1. Lawful and Authorized Use Only

You may use TikTok-related features only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate content operations. You must not use our Platform for spam, misleading promotions, unauthorized data use, account abuse, or any conduct prohibited by TikTok policies.

2. No Misrepresentation of Relationship with TikTok

You may not state or imply that your account, content, business, or activities are sponsored, endorsed, certified, or officially affiliated with TikTok solely because you use yiyaotechai.

3. Availability Depends on TikTok

TikTok may change, limit, suspend, or terminate API access, permissions, or feature availability at any time. If this happens, related functions on yiyaotechai may also be limited, suspended, or discontinued accordingly.

4. Account and Security Cooperation

If we reasonably detect account security risks, abnormal activity, policy-related issues, or requests from competent authorities, we may ask you to complete identity, ownership, or compliance verification before restoring or continuing access to related features.

5. User Support and Communication

If you are using yiyaotechai for team or client operations, you are responsible for providing necessary communication and support to your own end users, customers, or account owners regarding your use of TikTok-related functions.

6. Confidentiality of TikTok-Sourced Information

Any non-public account credentials, tokens, interface details, or TikTok-sourced data made available to you through the Platform must be handled as confidential. You must not disclose, publish, or provide such information to any unauthorized third party, and you may use it only for legitimate use of your own account and authorized workflows on yiyaotechai.

7. Effect of Suspension or Termination

If your access to TikTok-related features is suspended or terminated by TikTok or by yiyaotechai, you must immediately stop using the affected features. Where applicable, you must also delete any locally stored TikTok-sourced data or credentials obtained through those features, unless retention is required by law.

7. Risk Notice and Liability Assumption (Important)

You understand and acknowledge that authorizing your TikTok account to any third-party platform (including our platform) carries inherent risks. You voluntarily authorize your account to our platform and expressly acknowledge and voluntarily assume the following risks:

1. TikTok Official Policy Risk

TikTok may, on the grounds of "using unofficial tools" or "violating platform policies," take actions against your account including feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or service termination. Such actions may result in your account becoming unusable, published content becoming invisible, loss of follower data, and other consequences.

2. Account Security Risk

Although our platform has implemented reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee 100% absolute security. Your TikTok account may be compromised, data may be lost, content may be tampered with, or property may be damaged due to unauthorized access to authorization tokens, third-party malicious attacks, your device being infected with malware, or poor password management.

3. API Change Risk

TikTok's official API may change, be adjusted, or discontinue service at any time, which may result in partial or complete service interruption, data retrieval failure, or decreased data accuracy on our platform.

4. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge and agree that you voluntarily assume all of the above risks. You undertake not to claim any form of compensation, remedy, or recovery from the Platform's operator, developers, or related service providers as a result of such risks, subject to applicable law.

8. User Warranties

By using our platform, you represent and warrant as follows:

1. Account Ownership/Authorization Warranty

Each TikTok account that you bind or authorize to our platform is legally owned by you, or you have obtained complete, legal, and valid authorization from the account owner. You may not bind another person's account to our platform without their explicit written consent.

2. Lawful Use Warranty

All information obtained through our platform (including but not limited to video data and user information) is used solely for lawful purposes. You may not use our platform for any of the following activities:

  • Fraud, deception, or misleading others;
  • Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights;
  • Harassment, threats, or defamation of others;
  • Conducting fake transactions, artificial engagement boosting, or other activities that violate TikTok's Community Guidelines;
  • Any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations or TikTok platform policies (including but not limited to TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Agreement).

3. Liability Assumption

If any disputes, complaints, litigation, or administrative penalties arise from your violation of the above warranties (including but not limited to operating others' accounts, unlawful use of information, or violation of TikTok policies), you shall bear full legal responsibility, and our platform shall have no liability in this regard. If such violations cause losses to the Platform's operator, you shall provide full compensation.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our platform attaches great importance to your data security and privacy protection. For details on how we collect, use, store, protect, and delete your personal information, please carefully read our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
